Chipotle is a favorite dining place for us, but today was not the same experience. There were only 5 customers and about 4 employees I saw. It took a very long time to serve. They were black beans. The pinto beans and guacamole were too salty to eat. I appreciated that I was allowed to order from the children's menu so that the costs were much lower. I hope this experience was just a fuke and that food edible and service better next time.

The quality of the food and service at this location really puts Chipotle in bad light. It’s just not the same restaurant it was a few years back I’m not sure what happened but not worth the time or money as a consumer. The Central location was always my go to location so am really disappointed. Went in to order a burrito bowl and waited at least 30 minutes from when I walked in until I left. Putting that aside as an inconvenience but still noticed the staff as completely inefficient; numerous times there was no one manning the register which is what contributed to the unreasonably long wait time. Also the restaurant team was unable to keep up with the cooking demands which likely contributed to my second and more severe issue. Ordered my burrito bowl, extra guacamole and a large coke. Left and drove home only to bite into a mix of chicken and the saltiest guacamole that’s ever been produced within the four walls of a Chipotle absolutely horrible. Was disappointed and normally don’t return food but I was so frustrated I had no other choice. I tried calling the location but received a voice recorded message and AI that was completely useless in addressing my concerns #fail. Went in straight to the register and politely asked for a refund. The chipotle employee was surprised that I wanted to return the Burrito and drink along with the guac given the issue I had, presumably was only the guacamole, but I insisted on a complete refund because the guacamole ruined the taste of the burrito bowl and since I had nothing to eat what was the point of the Coke?! I wonder if this is the first step towards what will be the beginning of the end to what we know as Chipotle. I think it’s time to seek alternative healthy dinning options.

Rip-off. I usually like Chipotle, but the quality of my food was incompatible. I command the same every time, but I recently had a terrible experience to eat it. At first, the amount of food in my bowl was disappointingly low. I felt demolished. Secondly, the rice was so hard that I almost chipped a tooth. Finally, there was another kind of meat in an area of the bowl I did not order. I'm really disappointed with them.

Delicious as always. Only the complaint is clearly marked where I should pick up my food. I ordered on their website. The rack for pickup is from the cash register, but it is directed against them, not the costumers. So it took a minute to find it.

I'm going to start off by saying I love Chipotle. However this location has gone drastically downhill. And it's unfortunate because it's closest to my house. The last 4 online orders were very late. Like 20-45 min after quoted time. And it's frustrating because people walk in, order, pay and leave before I get anything. And every time my order has to be modified because they are out of certain things. I wouldn't normally complain because I get it, things happen. But this is literally the 4th time IN A ROW that my order is late and missing things. Not to mention it's not as clean as it used to be. It's this type of lack of customer service that makes me not want to go to this location anymore. Upper management needs to sit in and watch how things go for a couple of days. Something needs to change.
