as already mentioned, they have a vegetarian salate, but I would recommend to them to get their own customized salate. they do not have protein options, but chalk tones. I'd get tomato for this extra umami bomb. they can mix dressing and they offer free add-ons such as onion flakes and Cajun season. would definitely come here for a light, healthy evening meal. What User doesn't like about Margo Shibuya:
for an salad shop there is much too much fish meat. they only have a vegetarian option in the menu and its standard dress is not even vegan. it is nice to get the custom salat and the price is not bad. when I visited the shop, the dressings were not veganally labeled or not, but I checked which vegan were on their website before I left. Only one vegan salad available, but it is full of ingredients and it is also possible to add delicious toppings. The salad was a bit expensive but really delicious and big, so the price is fair.

As already mentioned, they have a vegetarian salad, but I would recommend you to get your own customized salad. They have no protein options, but tons of grain. Although there was a salad, there weren't much vegetables. The portion sizes are large, and they clearly mark vegan dressings.
This restaurant was across the street from our hotel, and after 24 hours of travel and terrible vegan plane food, we were so grateful for it! The portions are HUGE our regular salads were served in big glass mixing bowls and they were so good. If you 're staying in the Nishishinjuku area, this is a must visit.
