Ovar is a small, lovely cellar that features the full range of Tokaj wines, beautiful charcuterie and cheese plates and maybe other food offerings, I’m not sure. Service is warm and super friendly. Ovar features some of their wines and wines from other producers. All of their wines are of very high quality. One of the great things about Ovar is they have some of the styles of Tokaj wines that are hard to find even in Tokaj itself. In particular they have Forditas and Maslas wines. I highly recommend seeking them out. Everything in Ovar is very reasonably priced. The owner was super friendly. We had a Hungarian speaker with us so I’m not sure about their English (don’t let that stop you from going . We had a marvelous time and feel really lucky to have stumbled upon this place. You owe it to yourself to go here. You will not be disappointed. (Review by Anita's husband.
