We had an exceptional dining experience at this restaurant. We ordered the seafood platter, the rib-eye platter for two (huge portions and delicious), the roasted chicken dish, and the hausburger. What User doesn't like about Roar:
The service once seated was slow from taking our order to being served. The small plate we ordered was excellent. The main dish took over 30 mins after our small plate dishes were cleared and wasn't nearly as good quality. Dessert also slow to arrive was excellent. The open kitchen is in the restaurant which is fun to watch but makes it very noisy. View all feedback.
This restaurant is one of the few that provides both gluten-free dessert and meal options.
I would not go here again. My daughter ended up not eating anything as we didn't trust them. First, they had a number of items marked on the menu as gluten free including the charcuterie board. I let the restaurant know in advance of her celiac status, we also reminded the waiter prior yo ordering and on ordering. When the food was delivered the waitress announced that the seed crackers ON her charcuterie board had wheat!!!! Again, we discussed cross contamination risks etc. My daughter did not eat anything off her plate for fear of being poisoned. Then the waiter proceeded to tell her that she could eat the cheese cake...just not the crust as it has what but she could eat the top. Obviously, no understanding whatsoever of the illness this would have caused. It was a very disappointing experience

We had a fantastic time and are eager to return with our loved ones.
The atmosphere was great, and we were able to bring our puppies to the sunken area! The food was delicious, and our friendly server recommended a great dish.
