I always love going to subway but never this store again. The door to the men 's room doesn 't lock and I was standing there mid stream when another guy just walks in and stands there. I left the restroom and went to the counter to order two women with veryunpleasant attitudes were working and seemed very annoyed at having to take anyone 's orders. I realize that it was the middle oflunch and they were busy but there was no hello can I take your order or any other pleasantries. The first woman just stoodthere and said well, I 'm waiting for you .

The management at this Subway location clearly needs improvement. There was only one employee working—a high school-aged girl who was left alone on her fourth day. She did her best to fulfill orders, but it’s impossible to take a break or even use the restroom when you’re the only person on duty. This situation raises serious concerns about labor law violations and employee safety. Additionally, the store frequently runs out of basic items; white bread was unavailable again, and this time they were also out of steak and provolone cheese. Overall, the place is poorly managed. If the lines at Firehouse Subs weren’t so long, I wouldn’t have chosen to come here.

I stopped by Toccoa to grab a 6-inch Philly sub to take home. I had to wait with other customers while the only employee was busy fulfilling a large order for a party. Unfortunately, my $8 sandwich was a disappointing version of what you see on TV. The roll was undercooked, measuring only 5.5 inches long. It had just a small amount of meat, along with two thin slices of tomato and a little bit of lettuce and onion. They were incredibly stingy with the ingredients. This isn’t the first time I’ve been let down by one of their submarine sandwiches. I recommend heading over to Brother John's or Ingle's instead; you definitely won’t be disappointed there.

CAUTION: SUBWAY COUPONS – THIS OWNER WILL TAKE EVERY LAST CENT! WOW – $14.76 for two ice waters and two bags of chips! We had a coupon for a buy-one-get-one-free sandwich, which seemed like a great deal, but that was not the case at this location. First, their drink machine was broken, so we opted for ice water instead of Coke. The server kindly offered large cups for the water, which seemed like a good alternative given the circumstances. However, when we got the bill, the supposed deal turned out to be a scam. We were charged $4.00 for each ice water and $3.38 for each bag of chips, totaling $14.76. When I inquired about the $8.00 charge for the two ice waters, the server informed me that it was the owner's policy to charge that way and there was nothing she could do. I told her to let the owner know they won’t be receiving any more of my money! This experience has left me wary of using Subway coupons anywhere. Subway should reconsider their approach to this coupon game, as it ultimately drives customers away. Despite the issues, I gave them two stars because my sandwich was decent; however, the overall experience was far too expensive for a working man's lunch. Order Trans#: 1/A-38863.

Order: B8545CFO-ED The staff at this Subway location are quite rude and struggle to take orders correctly. I placed an online order for a Gatorade and a turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato, extra pickles, regular mayo, and cheese. I sent my coworker to pick it up, and what I received was a sandwich without pickles, an excessive amount of mayo, and no Gatorade at all. My coworker went back to request the Gatorade, but was met with a rude response stating, "We don't carry that." They didn't offer a refund for the drink or even a cup for a fountain drink until she insisted on getting one. Additionally, they were supposed to call if an item was unavailable, but they failed to do so.
