I forgot your dressing. Once that was rectified, we pulled forward, but decided to double check our order. At that point, we realized we were missing a sandwich, and had to pull around, park, and proceed inside. Upon our return home, it was discovered that the au juz for the French dip was light tan in color, rather than the dark brown it normally is, and tasted like I was dipping my sandwich in hot water. Therefore I was stuck eating a very dry sandwich. As if all this was not bad enough, upon biting into our turnovers, we discovered they were cherry rather than the apple we had ordered. For someone who suffers several different food allergies and sensitivities, this is a scary thing to have happen!

If they don’t have the equipment to scan the code, why offer it as a reward in the app? The deal required a purchase, and I chose Arby's specifically for the free medium shake. The employee apologized, and I don’t blame her—she’s just doing her job. I’ve learned to stick to my usual places from now on because this app and its rewards seem unreliable.
