Last night 's staff was definitely not on their A game ... at the window, we were handed our drinks and food, and just before we drove off the guy said, Oh, wai... read more Last night 's staff was definitely not on their A game ... at the window, we were handed our drinks and food, and just before we drove off the guy said, Oh, wait! I forgot your dressing. Once that was rectified, we pulled forward, but decided to double check our order. At that point, we realized we were missing a sandwich, and had to pull around, park, and proceed inside. Upon our return home, it was discovered that the au juz for the French dip was light tan in color, rather than the dark brown it normally is, and tasted like I was dipping my sandwich in hot water. Therefore I was stuck eating a very dry sandwich. As if all this was not bad enough, upon biting into our turnovers, we discovered they were cherry rather than the apple we had ordered. For someone who suffers several different food allergies and sensitivities, this is a scary thing to have happen!

She kept asking what the problem was, even after we expla... read more The burgers were undercooked, and when we tried to address the issue, the staff member was quite rude. She kept asking what the problem was, even after we explained that the burgers were raw. It took another person coming over for her to finally understand. She then remarked that the burger looked really pink. Even after we pointed out the issue, she continued to ask what was wrong. On a positive note, the cook was very nice.
