I believe this is my favorite pub. The staff are friendly, there’s a cozy fireplace, and they offer a great selection of beers and apple wine. The food is both reasonably priced and of excellent quality. It's easy to find a reason to visit! View all feedback.
Very friendly staff, and I think renter. the fryed good, the bark was delicious. it could have been a bit warmer. it is a local pub, but we were made welcome, we went through the to get a kitten. yes, I would go back
We visited here from Birmingham as we were taking our daughter to Stonehenge. Walked in and was greeted by the manager and the locals. : I had the Madras which was beautiful! My daughter had the homemade fish pie which she loved. My partner had the steak which he said was cooked to perfection. After dinner we sat outside and watched the beautiful old grey horse. Would definitely visit again.

Charming, traditional village pub with a warm atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is outstanding! A must-try!
