Most of the restaurants we found in Tirana were excellent and with very good prices, unfortunately The Rooms did not do very well for us. We ordered a starter and a main dish and what remained in my memory was the excess salt in the starter (I had to eat with a lot of bread to get it) and the few shrimp in the main dish, if I counted three it wasn't four. The price-quality ratio is not worth it. There are many restaurants in the same area that for the same price you get really good things. Regarding the atmosphere, the smell of cat excrement inside the restaurant left me uncomfortable, so we had to sit outside. When asking the attendant he only stated that they do indeed allow cats to circulate there. Atmosphere, food and price were not worth the trip.

We were most disappointed with the food, although the starters were still good, the risotto was cooked with long grain rice instead of risotto rice. Service was slow but friendly and a glass of Albanian wine could be had for around 4 euros. Overall, it's a little more expensive and there are better alternatives. Food: 3

I also app... read more This restaurant is a great choice, especially for daytime visits. The spacious interior allows plenty of natural light to illuminate the dining area. I also appreciate that there is a designated smoking area. The Italian menu is straightforward, and the dishes we ordered (risotto with radicchio and mascarpone) were prepared to perfection. While the Caesar salad was a bit lacking in chicken, it was still tasty. The staff is polite and skilled, and the restaurant is impeccably clean. Overall, a pleasant dining experience. Service: Dine in.
