I informed... read more I tried to use the machine to check my tire pressures and add air at 15:30 hrs today 3/3/23. The card machine was broken and so I wasted my journey. I informed the lad behind the counter (I was given his name as Shaun). He didn't seem bothered and said that they had nothing to do with the company that deals with the air compressor. I asked whether they could put up a sign to stop other people queuing for no reason but he said that the two people there were too busy. I left with no confidence that they would do anything.

I had never encountered any problems there before, but today the pump I used was faulty and sprayed fuel all over my car and the floor. Despite my attempts to get help, no one came to assist me. Eventually, I had to clean up the mess myself and was met with blank faces when I asked why no one had offered to help. The manager was unresponsive when I called to complain, citing corporate policy and blaming me for using the pumps incorrectly. I was not looking for a refund, just some care and concern from the staff, which I did not receive. It was a frustrating and unprofessional experience.

The indoor staff were just as friendly and helpful.
