Today we visited this restaurant while out shopping for gifts. My daughter adores this place because they always make her delicious drinks. We ordered a mocha frappuccino with dark caramel and an iced drink with extra ice. The staff even wrote a special message on our cups. We absolutely loved it. This restaurant is completely unacceptable and revolting. It diminishes the value of the Starbucks brand. The place is unkempt, with trash on the floors and tables. It is not inviting for customers to dine there. I shudder to think about the cleanliness behind the counter. The management service and skills are very lacking. View all feedback.
I am a fan of outlet shopping but a bigger fan of Starbucks! I ordered a cafe Americano which was great. Nice spot to take a break and relax.

The Starbucks Paradise Refreshers Beverage and Cheddar, Sausage Egg Sandwich were delicious.
I ordered a frappuccino with an extra shot of espresso, but received a cappuccino instead.
I enjoyed my hot coffee and iced latte as always at this Starbucks. The service was friendly and the staff was patient. I was impressed that my drinks were ready quickly on a busy Saturday morning. The atmosphere of this Starbucks is great with plenty of seating options.
