Subway - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Subway:
I came here on Tuesday and tried to pay my subway app with a gift card I had. The girl was very nice to help me when it didn't work. However, the manager (an older guy) was very rude and not understand what ever. The staff should really learn to understand their app better to fix problems instead of being rude just because a customer tries to use technology. Not the best of sub-sandwich chains, and also their meatball sandwich, but it will always be a special place in my heart for this strange subway shop smell. It also seems to be in every strip of mall in the country. Most worth it when you get what Sub is on special View all feedback.
