Subway - Tinley Park

I visited this restaurant on Tuesday and attempted to pay using a gift card on my subway app. The young lady assisting me was very kind and tried her best to help when it didn't work. However, the manager—a much older gentleman—was quite rude and seemed to lack understanding. The staff would benefit from getting a better grasp on the app to resolve issues instead of being dismissive when a customer tries to use technology. I won't be returning, especially since one of the waitresses had her long hair down and it was mixing with the bread.

If you ask me, this is the best Subway location! The service is fast and friendly, and the manager is one of the best I've ever seen. The staff is fantastic, and the store is clean all around every time I've been there.

This isn't the top sub-sandwich chain out there, and their meatball sandwich leaves much to be desired. However, there's something nostalgic about the unique smell of this subway shop that will always hold a special place in my heart. It seems to be a staple in nearly every strip mall across the country. The best value is when you take advantage of the sandwich of the day special.
