The Coffee Club - TINGALPA

Been there many times. Alone, with my wife and family. The service has never changed. It is most times above expectations. The food, always fresh and hot as needed. Good for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Went for coffee and cake on a Sunday afternoon. Warmly greeted on arrival. I thought $5.30 for a large cappuccino on the dear side, but it was a good cup of coffee. My scone was crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside and the two pack of jam and plenty of cream was an added bonus. We found the glare and heat a little overwhelming.The owners are very friendly and aim to please and put the air conditioning on as soon as the heat was mentioned.

The big breaky was hot and cooked well and the chicken wrap was nice. The young girl sarah who brought the meals out was very sweet and accomidating. Well done team coffee club

Walked in and was greeted with a surly "There's a half hour wait for food!", obviously hoping we would leave and ease the burden of our custom. Alas, we perservered and ordered 3 main meals, with drinks to be sent out with the meals. So, drinks arrived in next few minutes and meals were indeed 30 mins after. Hoping for additional drink order? Nachos were horrible, stone cold in the middle, cheese not even slightly melted.Table was filthy, dishes not cleared from previous diners, staff indifferent. All in all, not a great advertisement in the least for the franchise.

From the minute you walk in the door you know you have made a bad choice. I visit Coffee Club franchises all over Australia and this pig sty should be shut down. I had a business meeting at 9.30am and the place was filthy, dirty floors and tables, crumbs all over the place. The teenage staff were so busy laughing and chatting they did not even acknowledge us we had to catch their attention and interrupt their socialising. We ordered coffee which were ok. Breakfast was 2 orders of omelette, wow what a disaster obviously there is no chef as we were served some kind of spongy egg that was 1/2 way being scrambled egg and 1/2 burnt egg loaf if there is such a thing. Shame on you Coffee Club, you will not see me in this store again.
