This is my neighborhood Starbucks and it saddens me that the staff that work here aren’t welcoming or inviting in the least. Almost every morning I come inside... read more This is my neighborhood Starbucks and it saddens me that the staff that work here aren’t welcoming or inviting in the least. Almost every morning I come inside to pick up my coffee before work and no one greets you or let alone acknowledges you while waiting for your mobile order. Today in particular, I went inside the Starbucks to pick up my mobile order at 5 AM, I was the only customer inside the building. Not one barista greeted me nor acknowledged my existence and I waited for 12 minutes for my coffee with no other customer around or in the drive-thru. Upon receiving my coffee, I yet was to be acknowledged it felt very unwelcoming. I sadly will be changing my Starbucks to one near my work as their staff are much more friendly and inviting at that location. This Starbucks had a lot of potential and unfortunately has failed to meet my expectations.

Plus, the atmosphere is inviting and pleasant, making it a great spot for a quick meal. If you're looking for a delicious option, I highly recommend the Spinach Feta Egg White Wrap!
