The difference is there will always be a wait here because they make your food 100% fresh. And it's SO worth it! The California steak burger is my goto but I love the patty melt almost as much! Make sure you save room for a concrete sundae! This place and location is perfect if you're trying to avoid the huge crowds of Central Fort Collins.
