I opted for a single scoop of chocolate in a waffle cone, but I was surprised to be served what looked like a double portion. The flavor was incredible—rich and creamy, reminiscent of soft serve ice cream but even more indulgent. I really enjoyed this delightful treat and I'm excited to explore more options on the menu.

To make u... read more Freddy provided outstanding service during our visit. The managers, Morgan and Drew, were extremely hospitable when there was an issue with our order. To make up for the mistake, they generously offered us three complimentary combos. When we returned to pick them up, they were efficient and didn’t make us wait at all. Morgan made sure to double-check our order to ensure everything was correct before we left. She apologized multiple times and even offered us a few more complimentary combos as a further gesture of goodwill. I was truly impressed. I’m used to restaurants that don’t seem to care when something goes wrong, but this experience was completely different. They went above and beyond to rectify the situation, which is why I'm writing this review today. This location in Timnath is fortunate to have such a great management team and incredible staff.
