To make u... read more Freddy provided outstanding service during our visit. The managers, Morgan and Drew, were extremely hospitable when there was an issue with our order. To make up for the mistake, they generously offered us three complimentary combos. When we returned to pick them up, they were efficient and didn’t make us wait at all. Morgan made sure to double-check our order to ensure everything was correct before we left. She apologized multiple times and even offered us a few more complimentary combos as a further gesture of goodwill. I was truly impressed. I’m used to restaurants that don’t seem to care when something goes wrong, but this experience was completely different. They went above and beyond to rectify the situation, which is why I'm writing this review today. This location in Timnath is fortunate to have such a great management team and incredible staff.

The difference is there will alwa... read more Steak and Shake, there's a new sheriff in town! I wouldn't call this a fast food joint but more like a convenience food joint. The difference is there will always be a wait here because they make your food 100% fresh. And it's SO worth it! The California steak burger is my goto but I love the patty melt almost as much! Make sure you save room for a concrete sundae! This place and location is perfect if you're trying to avoid the huge crowds of Central Fort Collins.
