I was helped by what I could only describe as the Yolanda Saldivar of the Panda Express franchise. I left there with and still hold the same amount of anger I hold for the person that look Selena from the world for the person that “helped” be at Panda Express. Very bad service. I walked in and stated which order I needed the old... read more The employees are absolutely unprofessional, which was a very unpleasant experience. I had a doordash order. I walked in and stated which order I needed the older gal through a random order at me, and said here I looked at her and said I don 't need this order. It even had the WRONG name on it! I stayed there for about 20 plus minutes waiting for them to remake the order. They refused and said someone had already picked up the order... yeah, the wrong order (that order was for me and my customer). Just do me a favor and be a little more professional. This was absolutely unacceptable, and pay attention to the orders you 're handing out. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO GUESTS!! Oh, and I 've known several people get food poisoning from this place. I don't know what's going on behind the scenes, but we've been eating Panda since years and still like it. The only downer is, you get much more cheap rice, greens etc than the main stuff. They didn?t charge me extra for it; it was free and very unwanted! Think twice before going to this location. I wish there was a zero star option.

To the young kid working the drive thru tonight(10/2/22) 6:56pm. If your miserable in your job. Look for something better and don?tget your anger out on customers asking for soy sauce and sriracha. Your face says it all buddy.
