While it's not cheap, I believe that it's a good restaurant that everyone can afford, which also has tasty food. Their Papanasi are simply amazing, and...more than worth the price.

Prices are above average in Romania (for western tourists still cheap), but service isn 't. Sorry,...but how the thing was handled by the waiter 3 stars is to much. In average restaurant you don 't get a cold dish, that should be warm.

They can improve the restaurant and their service but overall it is not bad.
