The staff is friendly, but the service was lacking. The coffee was fresh, but it should have been available at 7:00 AM. Unfortunately, the sandwiches were rushed and the eggs were cold. We only realized this once we were already a mile away, so we didn't return.
Used the mobile app. The drive thru line was very long. From prior experiences knew not to go inside to pick up my order when it is coded for window.In line for 10 minutes. Attendant repeatedly gave me wrong order. 1st by only giving drink. Even after showing her the receipt she did not give me correct food items ordered.Did not apologize for making multiple mistakes. She did thank me for being a customer.I understand that the morning commuter time is busy. I waited without complaining about the line. It was my choice to use DD. I would have appreciated at minimum an apology for getting my order wrong 2x.Coffee blend Midnight was hot. Potatoes hash browns were cold.The cranberry muffin had no butter in the bag. I had ordered it unheated but wanted butter.The coffee roll was unheated which makes sense since she had to go find one.Overall food items were fresh.
Great job making my coffees and my order was completed in a timely manner. Keep up the good work.
Coffee is grate but thay don't have ham anymore and have not had my favorite chocolate chip cookies for a long time.im starting to loose interest in them.
