Kusikanki - Tilcara

I took the wok de vegetales con quinoa (can also be with pasta or rice) according to the waitress this is the only vegan option in the menu. However, they seem to have many vegetarian options, including a millanesa de quinoa that I would like to have tried if it was vegan. the waitress also offered to design my own vegan salad on the basis of the available options in the menu (I took the hull and eggs and they added papinen salateadas.) the eating was tasty and the portions well sorted.

Space is beautiful, just like the whole skin. I ate a wok of rice vegetables, although there was also an option with quinoa. They have varied salads and Andean pipinas. Although it is a place that is not exclusively vegetarian and serves other dishes, this was not a problem for me. the attention was very good, a very nice girl who helped me choose to eat.

Large eating and many vegan and veg options. but almost there was a three because the service was pretty bad. hopefully only because it was busy

I was here for the second time and it tasted very well again, I had the first time quinoaschnitzel and the second time mute filled quinoa balls on noodles. both with tasty salsa, on request there were also seasoned. the salat insert at the first time was also easy but good. super friendly and accommodating staff. there also seems to be some meat feeds, but most is vegetarian. very recommended! I was there in winter and the heating worked well!

A very nice vegetarian restaurant offering vegetarian versions of regional dishes from the Andes and Quebrada de Humahuaca. The place is beautiful, the personal is very friendly and the dishes are absolutely delicious. A must in Tilcara!
