What User doesn't like about El Nuevo Progreso 1917:
We went to El Nuevo Progreso with relatively high expectations on account of all the glowing TA reviews. (Presumably such high reviews have to do with the limited offerings in Tilcara. The restaurant itself and its location are quite nice. It is an old house with high ceilings, located in a corner facing a plaza.
