The pancakes and waffles normally contain egg, but I told the waitress that I am vegan soy vegano and she understood. she made the pancakes fluffy and delicious for me, and she verified that they were vegan. they have a vegan burger here made of soy and quinoa, and many vegan items as part of their lunch buffet. The service is very friendly and helpful. I do not know of another place in Tijuana that makes vegan pancakes, so this is a decent choice if you like pancakes and waffles for breakfast. you can also order the soy burger in the morning.
