I loved this place, atmosphere, service, and food were good. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. As an appetizer we had ribeye chicharon, then we each had a sope de chorizo, My brother had the Esmeralda shrimp, plus a michelada, and a beer, I had pollo de villa or valle (something like that) and a mescal with agua de coco natural and we shared a carrot cake for desert.. all was under $60. With the quality of food, amount of food ordered, service, high end restaurant we would pay more than double the price in the U.S.
One of the best resuarants we have eaten at in Tijuana/Rosarito in our almost 4 years living here. Highly recommend it. There were 7 of us and we all ordered something different and everyone absolutely loved their meal.
I came here for a drink actually and the mojito was as good as the server said it was possibly one of the best anywhere. Then he brought over a salsa and bean dip (on the house) which was mind blowing. Definitely one of the best places in TJ and in a relatively safe area.
The place is not earlier. I have more than 8 years to this place, and the quality of the ingredients and prices are not the same, the quality is down and the prices rise. the menu is good, and at the end, eating is not bad, but is not what it was a few years ago. the otopus is still very good, one of the best in tijuana.
