Overall excellent experience for the four of us I really enjoy menus with a central theme/concept, and the interior and the menu play well into the walk through an alpine forest concept. I also like the surprise of the menu so avoiding posting photos about the food. For the wine pairing, we had the local Savoyard wine option which great and a good introduction to the more niche grape varieties of the region. The service was absolutely outstanding, including a pick up/drop off service.
We had a wonderful dinner last night and impressed with the restaurant’s decor so much. It look like we are in the jungle. We choose 5 courses with wine pairing which was fine ones. Dessert was fantastic.
Very nice fine dining restaurant in Tignes. Service was wonderful as expected from a michelin star restaurant. Even though the 5 course option still took 3 hours, I thought the pacing was quite good. Some dishes I found to be a bit salty, but overall was still very very good. They also provided a car to pick us up and drop us off in Le Lac before and after our meal. Highly recommended.
Was very clear with my food preference during booking and again on confirmation prior to arrival, but the first thing they served me was exactly what I don’t eat. A replacement was made but it was clearly prepared in a rush and frankly did not taste good at all. The rest of the food was average at best. Seasoning was overpowering at times. At least one of the serving staff was coughing and sniffing the whole time and it wasn’t very hygienic having her handle food and utensils without at least wearing a mask. Also poor internal communication we drove to restaurant and a staff arranged for the valet to take it to the garage, however, when we were ready to leave it took a long time for them to find someone to bring our car back. Not too hard to alert the valet when we were paying the bill but clearly this was not done.
