Maria Latina Fusion - Tigard

I was incredibly impressed by the taste and freshness of the food! I tried the Ensalada Gaucha with green plantain, and it was simply fantastic. The meat was packed with flavor, and the tostones were warm and crispy. They served us a slightly tangy green salsa that was the perfect complement to everything. My boyfriend ordered the Saltado, and the beef was both flavorful and tender. I'm truly amazed by the quality of the ingredients here—it's perfectly balanced summer food. When you arrive, make sure to place your order at the counter first, then take a seat where you'll be served or receive your order to go. The staff is incredibly friendly, too!

This is a fantastic spot for lunch! I really wish they were open in the evening so I could bring my whole family. The food is amazing, the service is quick, and the staff is excellent! My favorites are definitely the salads and burritos. I've tried everything on the menu, and there hasn't been a single mediocre dish—everything has been outstanding!

My family has visited Maria Latina twice during our trips from Eugene, and we’ve really enjoyed it. The Cerdo Tropical is fantastic—crispy, with refreshing pineapple and mango—and the green salad adds a light touch to the meal. We definitely recommend adding a side of sweet plantains!

Seating is limited due to COVID-19, but they offer carry-out in brown bags and provide catering services. They're also partnered with delivery services like DoorDash and Grubhub. I always enjoy my visits here. However, I did take off one star for cleanliness in the entryway, which has some quirky elements that might be a bit off-putting. Despite that, it doesn't detract from the quality of the food. This place is definitely worth a visit, and it's great to support several local families in the process.

Marino is fantastic! The breakfast burritos here are amazing! I highly recommend everyone give this place a try.
