The only setback is the elevator service. Three observed, but only two seen operable. Lots of guests and rooms for the only two. Checkin was easy quick with Preston and he also suggested many ideas and places while I’m in town couple days. View all feedback.
What Danica Jensen doesn't like about Embassy Suites By Hilton Portland Washington Square:
The room overall was just okay, but the bathroom definitely has issues. The toilet paper holder was completely missing from the wall and we had to put the roll on the counter the whole time we were there. The shower had a big crack in the tile and water kept leaking on the floor. The bathroom also had junk stuck to the cabinets that was pretty bad. Not the best. The rest of the room was just okay, nothing special. The... View all feedback.
Room was good and had fantastic service. Only serious con is the location a ways away from Portland proper. Great hotel for the
Stayed here at this embassy for work. Was setting up a fashion show at the hotel and staying as well for about 5 days. The breakfast food is glorified camp food and the happy hour drinks are bottom barrel stuff. They do have a washer and dryer for guest to use. Gyna cook, indoor pool is a nice touch. The elevators are super old and ricketty. Plus they're the slowest and most malfunctioning elevators I've ridden. It's righ in town, not a bad place either.Rooms are nice, spacious, clean and accommodating. They have a microwave, fridge, extra sink outside bathroom, tvs in both rooms and the ac/heater that works amazingly. No smoking in the entire hotel making it muggy and stuffy in the whole hotel as well as the room. Windows don't open, The majority of the staff is awesome a majority of the time, they do cater to smug people and their silly demands or complaints which seems biased. The place Has had like 4-6homicides or unsolved deaths in it. Last year I was there for the double murder suicide. Totally dug the stay though Everytime.Rooms: Nice big annd accomodating.Nearby activities: There's a weed shop called nectar that's legit. Hustler adult store right next to it, even a Dutch Bros.Safety: Never seen a legit security guard or physical one around the premises. Transplants do roam the area.
Room: we find alcohol bottles empty on the sofa bed when we pull out, we don't find extra blankets and pillows for sofa-bed.Bathroom: shampoo, conditioner out,fan don't work, ceiling is has a lot mold.Pool and jacuzzi: we check in we aren't used was too full the pool and jacuzzi is very small for a huge hotel also next day on Monday 09/04/23 early morning we can use ? but the problem is the chlorine me and my family we are sick my skin, throat, coughing ,headache and eyes etching,Elevator: only one working 5 people at the time, but ,no one respects 9 floor hotel you wait long time,Free drinks served l think closer 5pm-7pm ,every day but we don't drink, is ok for people like it,Breakfast : was ? , only when you order omelet only give you one per person, the guy tall he attended Monday morning, he was soo rude until he saw the tips l give it, l tell him he has 6 people in my room but he don't care,Front desk:: so nice ?Breakfast area: great service ?Cleaning service dining area: great service ?Parking: soo Bad we have to park outside hotel area

The shower had a big crack in the tile and water kept leaking on the floor. The bathroom also had junk stuck to the cabinets that was pretty bad. This place was priced like a Luxury Hotel, far from it. The only Luxury was the price. Old and Tired rooms, the bathroom fixtures were worn and squeaky, worn carpets. Kids were running and yelling, playing chase in the hallways after midnight! It had a large open dining hall, with no workers to help you find a table. We are Hilton Honor members, the breakfast was included with our stay... but wasn't worth the confusion. We left.So Sad to be Disappointed.
