Oh my goodness! This Zaxby's truly went above and beyond for me without even being asked, and I couldn't appreciate it more! While on a middle school field trip hours away from home, my phone (which was also my tablet) accidentally got smashed. I love the Cobb salad, the grilled chicken is great and it’s a heaping of a Zalad.
Drive thru is extremely slow you will spend your entire 1 hour lunch break in the line. Go to the other Zaxbys in town because this one is beyond slow.
Don't order door dash from here. My toast was burnt, the Cole slaw was hot, incorrect dipping sauce, and no plastic ware so that I could eat my meal. But the delivery person Tonya, was great.
They close at 10:30 they refuse to serve me this is very unprofessional i will like to make a major complain, you lost a very valuable costumer
We are still here inside the restaurant waiting on a grilled chicken sandwich for the past 30 minutes.
