After placing an order for four ch... read more The restaurant had three distinct lines: one for ordering, another for payment, and a third for food pickup at the side door. After placing an order for four chicken tenders and a sandwich at 6 PM, we ended up waiting 30 minutes for our meal. For a fast-food place that advertises on the highway for miles, this wait time is simply unacceptable. With three more hours of driving ahead of me, I can't afford to waste half an hour sitting in the parking lot. Maybe better scheduling could help ease the pressure on the staff?

The employee didn’t even acknowledge my gratitude, despite my saying "thank you" three times. He seemed annoyed when I asked for the mustard and ketchup that were missing from my order. Just because it's a drive-thru doesn’t mean that mistakes and a lack of basic courtesy are acceptable. While they might have the best biscuits in town, I’ll definitely think twice before returning.

T... read more Hello everyone, I had a rather disappointing experience at Bojangles. There was only one person handling the drive-thru and another working the front counter. The woman at the counter was doing her best, but it seemed like some of the staff in the kitchen weren’t doing their part. They told me the chicken would take 12 to 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting much longer. Eventually, the woman at the counter had to check with the kitchen staff, and they asked, "Did you need chicken?" It turned out they hadn’t even started cooking it yet! By that time, I had already been waiting for about 30 minutes. When I finally got my order, my husband had come inside to check on the delay. Overall, it took between 45 minutes and an hour to receive our food, which is completely unacceptable.

I was pleasantly surprised to find pimento salad sandwiches on the menu—something I haven't enjoyed since I was a little girl. It’s wonderful to see a place like this offering classic Southern dishes that bring back memories of growing up in the South.
