Bojangles - Tifton

Usually fast and friendly. But today not so much. Guy didn't even say thank you even after I said it 3 different times. Wasn't happy when I asked for the mustard and ketchup that was missing. Just because it's a drive thru doesn't mean you can get theorder incorrect and forget the condiments and a thank you. Might have the best bisquets in town but I'll think twice next time.

If you haven't tried Bojangles yet, you're truly missing out! You have to sample the Cajun chicken, bacon, or sausage with cheese on their amazing biscuits—it's absolutely delicious! I have to confess, I'm hooked!

The restaurant had three separate lines: one for ordering, one for payment, and another for picking up your food at the side door. After paying for four tenders and a chicken sandwich at 6 PM, we waited 30 minutes for our food. For a fast-food establishment that advertises on the highway for miles, this wait time is unacceptable. I still have three more hours to drive and can't afford to spend half an hour in a parking lot. Perhaps better scheduling could alleviate some of the stress on the employees?

Hello everyone, I had a rather disappointing experience at this restaurant. There was only one person working the drive-thru and another at the front counter. The woman at the counter was doing a great job, but it seemed like some of the staff in the back weren’t pulling their weight. They told me it would take 12 to 15 minutes for the chicken, but I ended up waiting and waiting. Eventually, the lady at the counter had to ask the back staff where the chicken was, and they replied, "Did you need chicken?" It turned out they hadn’t even cooked any! By that point, I had already waited about 30 minutes. When I finally got my order, my husband had come inside to see what was taking so long. In total, it took between 45 minutes to an hour to get our food, which is just unacceptable.

Good service, great food. Never knew they had pimento salad sandwiches that is awesome! I haven't had those since I was a little girl. This was great that a place like this would serve that type of Great Southern food growing up with in the south.
