Visited Jimmy John?s for the first time since it opened, I went to the drive thru and the guy who took my order was attentive and patient as I browsed the menu the entire staff was very cool yet professional and the food was great too! Definitely going back! View all feedback.

Food and delivery was amazing at first until today, I ordered my original, spicy east coast Italian. Only for it too arrive like 30 minutes later when the restaurant is only 5 minutes from my house, my east coast had no spice, no peppers, nothing, 0 spice, the driver forgot my drink because she was rushing, I had to wait a extra 15 minutes too even start my meal waiting for my drink, then just too be disappointed by... And for the owner, don't ask me too share info on your website either fix it or stop managing please, we shared the info and problem on here you can read it and fix it , Noone is gonna take time out their day twice for your website review about the problems.
Good folks in there... but the sandwiches where plain like walmart deli...

Why would you have rewards program when no one there has a clue how to put it in. Don't expect extra customers service. Minimal and not going to ask for any help to fix it.Parking: Poor parking.
