I had the pleasure of trying the fried Caribbean cuisine after my visit to Wiltshire, and I must say, the dishes were absolutely delicious. I sampled most of the menu at various locations, and everything was impressive. The rice and goat dish, in particular, was fantastic—full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The jowl had a wonderful balance of taste and seasoning. Overall, I highly recommend trying this cuisine!
