What Cathy Vandervort doesn't like about Angel Island Cafe:
that was the only food option on the island so that my group stopped here for lunch. there is now a limited menu and until the time we have reached there at 11:30 o'clock. View all feedback.
I love this café, it is great that customers can sit down, enjoy their meal, have a drink, or just relax. It is a perfect place to unwind, like being on vacation.
I went to purchase a turkey stick. It is a small 60-calorie snack similar to a Slimjim. It weighs one ounce (28g) and costs $6.65! The prices here are as high as buying gas in Death Valley.
There are limited dining options in the area, making it a go-to spot for the hungry public. Unfortunately, the food is mediocre, overpriced, and served in large portions. If I ever return, I will likely opt to bring my own meal. However, it's unlikely I will revisit due to the substantial price point.
Great eating in caffe. also nice personal. the food is delicious and fresh. beautiful view while the lunch in the shade with view of the bay and the sailboats!
Expect long lines on the weekend and expect yo pay . One can of flavored bubbly and one small bottle of Leaf tea 9!! Bring your drinks and food if possible.
