I can honestly recommend the courtesy of the staff, the efficiency when it comes to the delivery, the quality of the food and the sharpener I have with the maid, says it is a fourfold. can and will always recommend this chinese as the best a British national! What Lea S dislikes about Ming Long:
Have used Ming Long for over 12 years, food is good and still is but the prices have shot through the roof since the pandemic! Ordered via phone two days ago 2 mains 1 rice 2 chips and 1 sauce £36! I decided today to check the menu and my order added up to £30 had it been nearer to order day I would of questioned it. Beware and check your order prices first as I believe this has happened to us before. Sorry Ming Long... View all feedback.

Great place to eat and drink. friendly staff and excellent eating. I would recommend this restaurant to my friends and everyone else.
Ming long saved our lives tonight. big party of people from a high time, not knowing the opposite and let them just eat. these young people have not only sorted us out, but were so friendly and honestly searched our night. Thank you.
I have a table immediately, service was fast, staff were very friendly and welcoming, eating was nice!
I have been to this restaurant for delivery and use the restaurant, both services I have received fantastic service food is all ways great
Ming Long has long been a favored dining choice, celebrated for its tasty offerings and attentive service. However, recent reviews reveal a struggle between rising prices and declining quality post-pandemic. Patrons note significant price hikes alongside shrinking portion sizes, which diminish value. While some guests appreciate the food and commend the friendly staff, others report disappointing service experiences, including charges for typically complimentary items. Though mingled with complaints, moments of exceptional service shine through, suggesting potential for improvement. Ultimately, Ming Long remains a culinary gem, but customers recommend caution when navigating its evolving landscape.

Tasty and plentiful portions particularly the salt pepper dishes. Wine list could do with some work, avoid the house selections. Slightly disappointing a couple of dishes were unavailable despite our booking being at 6pm. Service very good and friendly.
Wow! Haven’t been here for about two years as it’s just a bit of a drive for me (34 miles)! But I’m so glad I tried it again tonight as the service from both Fye and the Front of House, whose name k didn’t get. Was excellent and the food superb. I tried the prawn wrapped chicken dish and it was divine and the dressing in the presentation was fabulous! It is “just” a little expensive but the quality if the food outweighs the price l!! You must try this venue Guys! Enjoy!
My family recently had a belated Christmas gathering at this restaurant. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, the service was friendly and attentive. We have dined here many times and the food is consistently good. The only downside is that the dessert menu is quite limited.
The food took a long time to come out of the kitchen, and when I asked for a couple of prawn crackers for my 8-month-old baby to snack on while we waited, I was told I would be charged for them, even though they are typically complimentary. The lack of baby-changing facilities in the restroom was disappointing, especially considering they provided high chairs for infants. I had to change my son on the tile floor, using my coat as a makeshift changing mat. The staff also seemed displeased when we asked to take some leftover food home. Despite enjoying the food itself, the poor service and overall experience have deterred me from returning to this restaurant or ordering from there again.
