Getaway Restaurant - Thunder Bay

This restaurant is really struggling. They are understaffed and actually ran out of burgers. I waited 45 minutes for a burger, and it seemed that many other customers were experiencing the same issue. It is a very unfortunate situation at this establishment.

The new menu at this restaurant has only a few options, is expensive, and the food is mediocre. Many customers seem to be dissatisfied with their meals and aren't having much luck at the casino.

The restaurant there is always busy and churns out the meals quickly. I haven’t had a bad meal there ever and have eaten there often. The servers are efficient and the cooks seem to be well trained.

Going to a casino just to eat breakfast may seem a little odd, but the Thunder Bay Casino is worth a visit just for the food. The restaurant is tucked away the rear of the casino and has a marine theme with local photos. Seating is comfortable, service is great. It can be a little noisy with all the gaming machines, but that adds to the atmosphere. The staff are friendly, the service is attentive and the food is well priced with large portions all making this one of the best values in Thunder Bay.
