Cumberland Restaurant - Thunder Bay

Tried to call 20 times tonight......WHY? ARE YOU CLOSED ON A SUNDAY!...You have failed me more than once....I will promote everyone but you......FAIL!

If you want good Chinese food .in Thunder Bay....I'm sure there are many places. If you want the BEST food - go to Cumberland !We had the shrimp, Curry chicken, ribs and rice and was amazed at the taste and the portions. We have enough for at least another meal....if not two. We enjoyed the service and will be going back next time we are in Thunder Bay. Well done Cumberland!

I went to the Cumberland Restaurant on a Saturday and got Dim Sum. It is authentic so this might be a bit different for people who are used to western Chinese food. I tried the sesame buns , a beef rice roll and shrimp dumplings. This was more than enough for one person. The flavour was very good and the service was excellent. I would recommend this restaurant for Dim Sum but it's only available on the weekend for a few hours so you have to plan ahead.

I had the egg foo young and it was excellent and enough for dinner and lunch for under 10.00 I ordered a combo meal to go for my SO who enjoyed the chicken balls, beef and greens, and fried rice. Quick and friendly service.

Never had an issue with this establishment, super friendly, food is fantastic 90% of the time....when super busy is when it slides a bit, but still tasty....Top 3 in TBay.
