Although they only took bookings and we didn’t have one, the... read more Having walked around Thuir we finally found Le Patio Catalan, one of the few places open for lunch. Although they only took bookings and we didn’t have one, they were able to accommodate us, a party of five. The setting was perfect and the food matched. We were so impressed we went back the next day again for lunch. We ended up having a 3 course lunch which was excellent value for money and thoroughly enjoyed by all. Highly recommended if you find yourself in Thuir.

Very good food. we no longer have the habit of dinner at night and we were afraid that the meal would be too heavy for the evening seen the program, the entrance of flat meat and the second fish dish and dessert. So we asked to replace the fish with a bottle of gaseous water and a coca. which was nicely accepted by the management. we're out the full but light belly so these dishes are of a finesse. Thank you again. We'll be back.

I can't wait to come back and try the byrrh menu, which looks very attractive!

The dishes are succulent and perfect in quantity, the Chef is in the room at any time, the service is impeccable and smiling, the atmosphere warm. We would have happily confirmed the adage “never 2 without 3” but all good things come to an end and we had to return home to Lyon. Thank you again for these good times at your place Food: 5
