Was Olivier Turpin at Papy Candy a mag?
Rainy day and most of the restaurants around either closed or fully booked. Decided to take a chance at Papy and I’m super glad that I did! Specialty of the house mussels! We visited Chez Papy because my husband had noticed the high ranking this eatery had and it offered the possibility to have mussels in Thuir. What at disappointment. The place looked a bit shabby, but we thought this should not interfere with our expectations of...a nice lunch. Alas, neither the moules nor the frites were well prepared nor tasty. Excellant restaurant qualité rapport prix moules délicieuses Jamais mangé aussi bonnes.Accueil et service super .tout le personnel sont dévoués et aime faire partager leur passion. Si nous passons dans la région nous reviendrons et je le conseille fortement.Des lyonnais et de la Saône et Loire de passage.
Très bon repas,bien servi , excellent rapport qualité prix, le service top,et les prix très raisonables donc nous reviendrons, je recommande cet établissement
Repas excellent difficile à choisir tellement on voudrait goûter à tout.patron tres accueillant et on sent tres bien l'amour de la cuisine qu'il fait partager à ses clients à faire au moins 1 fois .mais attention une fois que vous y aurai goûter vous y retournerai à tantôt papy.signer les ardennais
A quirky restaurant that produces excellent clam dishes. my wife had the creole mush and I had the louisiane dish. they were both amazing. if they like to whistle, then this restaurant must be.
We have traveled through most of Europe, and in our traveling searched repeatedly the best moules fries, moules gratinées, muscheln aller art. for an evening meal in chaz papy we can confidently say that papy makes the best moule. in europa and then the only relevant question is: when can we come back?
