I love that they deliver, I also like the shrimp cocktail and the mini tacos. This place could use music and spruce. It could be what the city needs. There's nothing to do here to make people flock in this place. I think with a small facelift and some life, even if his Spanish music would be good. Just not Telmundo. Waitresses are... just okay.
