We have been visiting this restaurant at the lake for over 20 years. Despite changes in ownership, the food and service have remained consistently good. They also cater to families with a kid's menu and seating area separate from the bar.
This restaurant is a great spot. We just popped in for a quick drink and were warmly greeted by the bartender who took our order right away. The service was top-notch, 5/5 stars.
Something seems to have slipped the last two years. When they bought the business 4-5 years ago they seemed to be very focused on customer satisfaction and good food. However the past 2 years the menu has been skinny down and quality not as good. Use to go there for all the Packer games and now its closed on Sundays???? Not nearly as friendly of a place as it was a couple years ago.
This restaurant is fantastic! I definitely recommend it. The food is top-notch, a solid 5 out of 5.
My wife and I took our aunt and uncle out for lunch there. The service was awesome, we were sat and drinks ordered which came quickly. The food came out quickly and was very good and reasonably priced. Place was clean and the staff nice and happy. The only thing was if you ordered their BLT sandwich, rather than toasting the bread, they prepare it on the grill and use far to much butter in the making, hence very greasy sandwich. But all in all, I would recommend this bar and grill.
