Family had a great first experience here. Even at night, the bread for the Bahn Mi was fresh, and all the food was tasty. Service was accommodating and diligent. Large vegetarian menu was available which was great for my vegetarian wife. High chairs available for small children. View all feedback.
What Brenna Ellis doesn't like about Viet Kitchen Saigon:
I tried to order food here but when I asked if items could be made gluten free they looked at me like I had 3 heads. I asked about different menu items but to no avail. They were happy to let me walkout instead of talking to the kitchen. View all feedback.
Food was very good. So far, pho broth was rich and flavorful without being greasy or oily, meat and noodles were tender and perfectly cooked. Spring rolls and egg rolls were on point. The only minus was that we had to wait for pho (gasp! . Since this place passed the litmus test, I will go back for banh mi and vermicelli and recommend highly to my friends, neighbors, and coworkers.

Good to have Vietnamese food options in Thousand Oaks. Restaurant is clean and I liked the pho ga! My server took care of all condiments and things I needed to adjust the taste. I was happy with the food.
