We just had our wedding at this venue about a week ago. Originally we had a venue coordinator that was super attentive and totally willing to accommodate us as the customer to make this day so special. She ended up moving and we got a new coordinator and it was very difficult to work with her. She often shot down our ideas, responded with short responses, was impatient when we had questions, and it took forever for her to get back to us. I didn’t feel like I was a very complicated bride but she made me feel like I was. The rest of the vendors made it a beautiful and perfect wedding in the end but working with her was not easy. Also the day of the wedding the venue did not end up providing vegan options for our guests even though we had spoken to her that we needed them, so they only had salad.
