Jolene's is inside a Lazy Dog cafe where they make these wings in the kitchen for take out only. We got boneless Buffalo, Kung pao, and Cajun lime wings. We were underwhelmed by them. The chicken was a bit dry as was the breading on the outside. I love my wings saucy so I think they could have put more sauce on the Buffalo and Kung pao wings. What Nicholas P doesn't like about Jolene's Wings Beer:
Canceled delivery over an hour after ordering....if you want to be a profitable ghost kitchen maybe work on getting the food to hungry customers. Ordered around 8 and you close at 11. Beer looks lame and overpriced too View all feedback.
I ordered boneless wings but ended up with regular wings that had bones in them. However, the flavor was quite good; it was just the wrong order.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. After I placed my order, it was canceled over an hour later. For a ghost kitchen to be successful, it needs to prioritize fulfilling orders for hungry customers. I ordered around 8 PM, and with a closing time of 11 PM, I expected more timely service. Additionally, the beer selection was unimpressive and overpriced.
Are you in search of a way to savor beer and wings from the comfort of your home? Look no further! I recently ordered Nashville Hot wings paired with Umami fries and enjoyed them with a Huckleberry Haze IPA. I almost hesitated to mention the Huckleberry Haze in this review because it's honestly the best beer I've ever had. The last time I tried to order it, I was really disappointed to find it was sold out. Nevertheless, I can't recommend it enough—it's simply too good not to share with everyone!
I ordered through DoorDash and was disappointed with the wings. They were bland and overly greasy. I won't be ordering from this restaurant again.
Jolene's, located inside Lazy Dog Cafe, specializes in takeout wings. We ordered boneless Buffalo, Kung Pao, and Cajun lime wings, but our experience fell a bit short of expectations. The chicken was on the dry side, and the breading would have benefitted from a little more moisture. I personally prefer my wings to be generously sauced, so I felt that both the Buffalo and Kung Pao flavors could have used a bit more. The Cajun lime wings were meant to be dry, but they were well-seasoned and tasty! We also sampled their ranch, Nashville hot ranch (which was absolutely fantastic!), and spicy maple sauces. I rated this place 4 stars instead of 3 mainly because their umami fries were exceptional! Additionally, since I didn’t try any bone-in wings, it’s possible they are saucier and juicier than the boneless ones we had.
