Ordered a BBQ chicken sandwich in the drive thru. When I received it and took a bit out of it, I noticed the chicken wasn't cooked all of the way. Half of the chicken was still raw. I will be contacting the health department and notifying them. I won't ever be going there again. View all feedback.

I used to come to this location 20+ years ago as a kid. It has changed quite a bit. I remember lunch hour having almost a hundred people and every single table being packed. This remodel has made it smaller inside and when I was there only one other person was eating a lunch and he had biked to the location! Where has everyone gone?! Are the prices driving people away? I bet. I used to be able to get two large fries and two superstar burgers for $5.00 even. Yes 5.00. Back then minimum wage was about $5.65. today that meal costs around $30 with fries alone costing around $5 each. I'm not arguing to raise the minimum wage but to highlight how expensive these foods have gotten over time. Maybe if Carls wasn't trying to price gouge customers using inflation as an excuse they'd have much more demand.
