A great representation of the franchise! The menu is standardized by the company, and the food was prepared accordingly. The portion sizes were generous, and the service was efficient. The outdoor terrace was particularly lovely in the evening.

I usually rate this place 5 stars. I've been coming here for two months and even brought some friends along. However, lately, the service has been incredibly slow—it's like going back to the dinosaur age. It took 15 minutes just to get soup and salad. Really? Then there's more waiting for your server, especially if you're not lucky enough to get a good one. I refuse to eat at Simi; their service is even worse. Please improve your serving times, or people will start eating less here. You have great food, but you really need to work on the timing.

05-22-22 Kinda disappointed ??. Called and ordered a take out pepperoni (they only have one size). I was quite surprised when I arrived and was handed what would be a small size at any other brand name store. $20 for a small pizza. You used to be able to buy 4 larges at Lil Caesars (now only 3) for $20. Domino 's is currently running an add for $10 larges. I think I 'll try Domino 's next time. Can 't tell from the photo the size, shoulda put my hand next to it.

EDIT TO ADD: we can not respond to their default response under the review. However, when you email in, as they ask, you still get no response from anyone. -This is a the spicy Milano I received via DoorDash. As much as the manager wants to blame a third party, this is not the quality I get when dinning in, this should be sealed properly for delivery. This should be unacceptable.

We order online and pick up at the restaurant. We arrived a few minutes early and our order was ready.! Service was excellent and keeping cleaning procedures.andmy chopped BBQ chicken salad was delicious!!
