What T Swanson doesn't like about Amc Dine-in Thousand Oaks 14:
Nice theater with comfortable seats. Food line to order took forever. They only had two people, and it was a busy day. They bring the food to your seat when ready. It took about 35min to arrive. The food is fine taste wise, but expensive!! The mall location can be a plus and minus. View all feedback.
Love this place! Large heated "barcalounger ' seats, and they serve your food to you in your seats. You can actually have a glass of wine at your seat with dinner!
I usually have good service clean seats and timely movie that is with top tear sound and pictures. Before the show I grabbed a margarita which was made in front of me with Patron silver for $18. Got a burger and fries delivered to my seat for about $16 which was very decent.
Cinema has very comfortable seating. They recline and are heated. Your food is brought to your seats. Temperature inside was perfect. They serve alcohol too.
This theater is amazing!! Good food and very clean but aside from the theater itself, Michael (one of the supervisors) is extremely helpful and has such amazing customer service!! My husband and I always come here, but we had the pleasure of meeting Michael for the first time as he assisted us with changing our movie times due to a misunderstanding. He just made our experience SO much more pleasing. Thank you so much Michael for you professionalism and kindness. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in customer service!!!
My wife and I had tickets for a 10:20p movie and unfortunately the kitchen had to close early, so we were unable to get food and ended up rescheduling our movie night. We went to Michael, the supervisor, to ask for a refund for our tickets. Not only did he blow us away with his welcoming demeanor, and understanding/empathetic character, but he reassured us that he’d help however possible and explained that it wasn’t our fault that the kitchen had to close early due to internal issues. He displayed the utmost professionalism and just all around friendly nature — something that isn’t as prevalent today. Thank you, Mike. You’re the real MVP!
