Ordering at 9 p.m. should arrive in 1 hour! at 10:15 p.m. still not delivered (5/10 minutes by car) I call back to find out where it is, I am told that they are waiting for the delivery man to return and will send it to me. 10:50 p.m. still nothing I call back to find out, I tell them that it's been 2 hours of waiting and they hang up on me without giving me an answer to where my order is. The order finally arrives at 11 p.m. and for a good finale an EXTRA HAIR in my fries!!! obviously no commercial gesture on their part, fortunately an apology from the delivery man which is for nothing!! We don't take as many orders if we can't deliver to everyone. UNACCEPTABLE today!!!!

And this evening a disaster: a children's menu, a pizza menu (with ice tea and a pizza for 21.50e. A girl who didn’t know the difference between an “i” and a “u”! Delivery announced between 30 and 45 minutes. After 50 minutes, we call back, and the girl announces that the delivery guy is leaving. Not even an excuse nothing... The delivery man showed up 25 minutes later. (clairoix/thourotte 12 minutes right!? so in total calls at 6 p.m., delivered at 7:15 p.m. Without apology or commercial gesture. No ice tea. Not the amount announced either. You have lost regulars. To flee.

A person comes from Dub... read more We tried to find better elsewhere and it's impossible (in Annemasse, Ben's Food tries to reach your ankle but it's not yet your size.. . A person comes from Dubai to eat your tacos, because it’s killer, that’s to say. Honestly, even the pizzas, paninis and tacos... they are mega-tasty, you can see that there is quality in what you prepare, and that they are fresh products... The people who work there are super nice and as soon as there is a problem, they know how to react so great. we will come back often!
