Update: when in there the other day to get their special of 2 slices which was in actuality 1 slice on the small side. Their pizza is still quite good but their value is quite poor.Delicious pizza for a great price! Good pepperoni. Nice and crispy crust. We got it with extra sauce which made it even more tasty. Ordered delivery Friday night for Saturday at noon. 1210pm called. Was told its got a few more minutes still and will be leaving. 1220/1225 called again and was told leaving soon. No explanation or anything. No apology. Nothing. I asked why it 's late. Because there 's a delay . No explanation at all and the tone and attitude was horrendous. Best pizza shop in Thorold. Very good service and staffs are so friendly.
When first opened was amazing. Good quality has went down really bad seems like they don’t care about the food quality anymore. Also either there hours of operation is wrong on Google or the people working just don’t like answering a phone because they would have to work. Soo unfortunate as I am a big pizza person. Not ordering anymore from this location.
Disappointed with customer service. Pizza quality has gone down over the past few years.
Love their pizza! And they deliver to my very secure location.
