I've frequented the farmers' supply store next door and the ice cream shop, but I never realized this restaurant was there. Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted by a lovely young lady who helped me with my order and guided me through their menu. I chose item #8 with a side of potatoes. After ordering, you find your own seat while they prepare your food, and it didn't take long at all. The presentation was fantastic. The biscuits and gravy were excellent, and the eggs and bacon were delicious. The potatoes were served on a separate plate, which did become a bit of an issue as they kept sliding around while I was eating. It would have been great if they had added some cheese or veggies to them. When I finished eating, I didn’t realize I was supposed to clear my own table, but the young lady kindly offered to take care of it for me. She didn't have a name tag or give me a receipt, but her hospitality truly deserves to be recognized.

So, we decided to buy four dozen... read more We placed a custom order for our daughter's birthday party, but when my husband arrived to pick it up, the order wasn't ready. So, we decided to buy four dozen of the donuts they had available. About 30 minutes later, one of their staff members called to ask when I would be picking up the order. There had been a communication mix-up, and the staff member actually delivered the donuts to the park where we were holding the party! She truly went above and beyond, making my daughter's celebration a fantastic one. Everyone loved the donuts and kept asking me where I got them. This is definitely a great place for donuts!

The service is quick, the prices are reasonable for generous portions, and the coffee is great with unlimited refills. They cook my bacon perfectly—neither too crispy nor too soft. I usually order the biscuits and gravy meal with bacon, which comes with two eggs, two biscuits, delicious white sausage gravy, and four slices of bacon. It really sets a positive tone for my day.

My order had missing items, and our dishes were served after those of customers who arrived later. The food was overcooked and barely warm. The manager offered nothing but excuses for these problems. Additionally, a lot of the dining experience felt like self-service. I believe Waffle House offers better food, larger portions, and good service at half the price. I recommend saving your time and money on this place!

The women running the counter were sweet and mostly on top of things but they couldn't seem to agree on what things were in stock.. and I wanted the meal to go, but they didn't even ask.. so then when I got the drink in a dine in cup, realized she didn't hear me say to go.. and then I waited 45 minutes for soggy and boring French toast, flavorless eggs, and mediocre sausage... they also didn't give silverware or tell you where to pick it up.. the donuts are fire ? though so if you don't mind a 10 minute ordering line, those are worth that wait..

The cashier was dismissive and rude and leaning on the counter the entire time she was taking our order. When I ordered a bear claw which was listed on the menu she barked we don 't have that at me and then rudely corrected me about the name of a similar looking donut which was in the case but not listed on the menu. She and another teen girl working there loudly held a conversation just standing around the front counter when there were at least 2 tables that needed cleaning. The kitchen staff was so loud we could hear their entire conversation from the middle of the dining area. The whole experience was unsavory.
