The women running the counter were sweet and mostly on top of things but they couldn't seem to agree on what things were in stock.. and I wanted the meal to go, but they didn't even ask.. so then when I got the drink in a dine in cup, realized she didn't hear me say to go.. and then I waited 45 minutes for soggy and boring French toast, flavorless eggs, and mediocre sausage... they also didn't give silverware or tell you where to pick it up.. the donuts are fire ? though so if you don't mind a 10 minute ordering line, those are worth that wait..

The cashier was... read more My daughter and I both found hairs in our food, which was only somewhat good to begin with. The teenage staff was unprofessional on many counts. The cashier was dismissive and rude and leaning on the counter the entire time she was taking our order. When I ordered a bear claw which was listed on the menu she barked we don 't have that at me and then rudely corrected me about the name of a similar looking donut which was in the case but not listed on the menu. She and another teen girl working there loudly held a conversation just standing around the front counter when there were at least 2 tables that needed cleaning. The kitchen staff was so loud we could hear their entire conversation from the middle of the dining area. The whole experience was unsavory.

I normally do not like eating out because I am never impressed by the meals I am paying for, and I could not be happier with this place. We will be returning.
