I expected Chick Fil A levels of service and quality due to the high price. What I got was a 25 minute wait at curbside, cold food (not even slightly warm cold), and a liquified shake. Clearly it had been ready for 10 15 mins waiting to be delivered to my car. I watched several customers park, go inside and come out with their food before I got mine. Bacon on my burger was undercooked and floppy. The bun was soggy. The cheesecake bites in my shake tasted more like blocks of cream cheese. The meat on the burger was the best part… but it was stone cold. For $8 or less at McDonald’s (with app) I get a full meal hot and in under 5 mins almost every single time. The food here isn’t worth even half of what I paid. I can’t recall being this disappointed in a long time.

I like that the flavor is consistent throughout their locations and so is the good customer service they provide!I've been a customer for 10+ years and they're still one of my favorite burger joints. I just wish they had a location up north in Colorado, so I didn't have to drive almost 30mins to the nearest location.
