Tim Hortons - Thornbury

Got my order wrong at the drive through and the staff were impolite about their error.

I go there daily and get my breakfast. Love this place. Its near my workplace. Quick supply and fast staff

Unfortunately, Twog Restaurant only has one redeeming quality, which is the manager who has a good attitude and is efficient. However, the rest of the staff is lacking and frequently makes mistakes when taking orders and serving customers.

If I specifically order a dark roast coffee, my wife, who dislikes dark roast, should not be able to mistake it for the weaker original blend. While I understand that Tim Hortons may replace dark roast with original to expedite orders, if I do not receive what I requested, it is not good service. It seems deceitful and dishonest. The majority of customers do not use the drive-through, so they are willing to wait for a fresh pot of coffee. If I wanted the original blend, I would not have specified the type of coffee bean. As I mentioned, my wife, who does not like dark roast, drank my coffee and identified it as the original blend (which she considers to taste like bad water). It is quite obvious when this happens. Can they not detect the difference between a dark roast bean and the original coffee blend? I can assure you that the aroma and taste are completely distinct from one another.

Service was quick and friendly. The coffee and donuts were served fresh.
